TouchBasePro SPF and DKIM Setup

TouchBasePro provides an email marketing platform and an award-winning customer services team enabling marketers to take their email marketing strategy to the next level.

To enable TouchBasePro to send authenticated mail from your company's domains TouchBasePro's IPs must be whitelisted and your SPF and DKIM settings must be updated.

1. Whitelist TouchBasePro sending (Inbound and Outbound)

Sending IP addresses

Below are the IP ranges TouchBasePro uses for sending email:

102.211.187.0/25

20.164.211.27

20.164.209.103

203.55.21.105

203.55.21.106

Recommended settings

If you need to whitelist IPs to receive email from TouchBasePro's servers, we recommend mail administrators set up custom rules within their email filtering software. To work, the rule must match both of these conditions:

  1. The email is coming from one of the TouchBasePro IPs.
  2. The email contains your domain in the "From" address.

Any email that doesn't match one of these conditions can be rejected. A custom rule like this is generally an acceptable solution for security teams and mail administrators.

If you have any questions, please contact support@touchbasepro.com

2. Authenticated Domains Configuration

SPF

As part of the Authentication of the TouchBasePro service, you are required to add the TouchBasePro SPF include to your domains existing SPF record. In this case, you will need to add the following to your include statement to your existing SPF record:

Include String include:touchbasepro.email

If your domain currently has no SPF record, please add the below TXT record to your domain's DNS:

Type Host TXT Value TTL
TXT @ v=spf1 include:touchbasepro.email ~all 1 hour (Default)

Note: The above should only be completed in DNS if the domains SPF is not managed from within the Sendmarc Service.
