My Account allows you to view who you are currently logged in as and what permissions are applied to your account as well as showing you the settings of the account your user is tied to.
The My Account view under your username on the top left-hand corner provides information about your account.

The User Activity Log displays information about the actions this specific user has performed.

This is updated when any of the settings around Security are updated.
