Failure Reports Dashboard

Failure report traffic is dropping from the major providers whose failure reports you would want. We therefore encourage you to not only rely on failure reports for troubleshooting.

Failure Reports are DMARC reports that can provide additional reporting information that can assist with troubleshooting.

You can select the domain whose data you want to look at in the top right-hand corner.

Click this dropdown to view additional domains in this account.

The failure reporting dashboard will show you a collection of all of the failure reports collected.

This view shows us information such as:

Date & Time Received
Return-Path Email Address
Source IP Address
Authentication Failure Reason
Delivery Result

If you click on any of the rows, a popup menu will expand on the right-hand side showing additional information.

The information shown in the detailed failure report is as follows:

You will then have to button for additional actions such as viewing the original report and downloading the report.

Viewing the Orignal Report

When you view the original report you will see a menu popup with additional contextual information such as:

Original Email

We have chosen specific reports that do not show any useful content, feedback reports or original emails. Your standard failure reports will show additional information on these screens.
