# Cómo vincular cuentas en Acronis

## Este artículo te mostrará cómo asegurarte de que tus clientes de Sendmarc estén vinculados con tus clientes en Acronis.

Este artículo asume que **ya conectaste tu cuenta de Sendmarc a Acronis.** Si no lo has hecho, por favor sigue las instrucciones aquí. 

Para que tus clientes puedan ver su información de Sendmarc en el portal de Acronis, necesitarás mapear los clientes que has creado en Sendmarc a las cuentas de clientes que tienes en Acronis. 

Para lograr esto necesitarás hacer lo siguiente: 

1. Inicia sesión en la Plataforma de Acronis.
2. Haz click en la pestaña **'Integraciones'** ('Integratios') a la izquierda.
3. Busca el mosaico **'Sendmarc'** y haz clic en **'Configurar'** ('Configure').

4. Selecciona la pestaña 'Mapeo de Clientes' ('Customer Mapping').

6. Para mapear un cliente de Sendmarc a un cliente de Acronis, selecciona la casilla junto al cliente relevante y haz clic en '**+ Mapear a cliente existente'** ('+ Map to existing customer tenant').

7. Esto abrirá el modal **'Mapear al cliente existente'** ('Map to existing customer'). Selecciona tu cliente del desplegable y haz clic en **'Mapear'** ('Map').

8. Tus clientes ya están mapeados.
9. Repite este proceso para cada uno de tus clientes.
