      Domains Dashboard

      The Domains Dashboard is where you manage all of the configuration aspects and domains in your account.

      The domains dashboard is where you will manage all aspects of the domains in your account.

      On this page, you will see the following:

      • Domain Name
      • Domain Status
        • Reject
        • Quarantine
        • Reporting
      • Domain Type
        • Managed
        • Self-Managed
        • Parked
      • Edit Button (Pencil)
      • Delete Button (Trashcan)
      • Favourite Button (Star)
      • Exposure Report Generation (Blue Shield with looking glass)
      • Compliance Certificate (Black bade with a Tickmark)

      There are also various states a domain can be in.

      Various states of domains:

      • Not Verified - Domain not verified with CNAME.

      • Partially Verified - Verified by a TXT record.

      • Not Reporting - Verified but No Reports.

      • Reporting - Receiving reports with a policy on None.

      • Quarantine - Receiving reports with policy on Quarantine.

      • Reject - Receiving reports with a policy on Reject.

      You can click on a domain to reveal the domain's details and configuration specs.

      This will open a menu on the right-hand side

      This menu is where you will configure and change settings related to the specific options on a domain.

      Properties

      The properties page will display the following information.

      • Domain Name
      • Domain Type
        • Active
        • Parked
      • Service Level Options
        • Self-Managed
        • Proactive

      DMARC Settings

      The DMARC settings page will show you all the options available for your DMARC configuration.

      • DNS Configuration
        • Displays the DMARC record.
        • Displays verification status.
        • Display raw DMARC record.
      • DMARC Policy
        • Allows you to change your DMARC Policy
          • None
          • Quarantine
          • Reject
      • Sub Domain Policy
        • Allows you to specify a DMARC policy for subdomains.
        • If this is not set, your subdomains will inherit the parent domains' DMARC policy.
      • Policy Percentage
        • This allows you to use a percentage on which the DMARC policy will apply to randomly selected emails.
      • Aggregate Report Settings
        • Report Interval.
        • Additional Report Recipients.
      • Forensic Report Settings
        • Forensic Report Processing
          • Enabled
          • Specified Recipients
          • Disabled
        • Additional Report Recipients
        • Failure Reporting Options
          • This allows you to define when a forensic report should be sent.
      • Alignment Settings
        • DKIM Alignment Mode
          • Strict
          • Relaxed (recommended)
        • SPF Alignment Mode
          • Strict
          • Relaxed (recommended)

      SPF Settings

      The SPF settings page will show you all the options available for your SPF configuration.

      • DNS Configuration
        • Displays the SPF record.
        • Displays verification status.
        • Display raw SPF record.
      • Authorised Senders
        • Add a Directive
          • Designated Sender Mechanism
            • A Records
            • MX Records
            • Include Statements
            • IP4 Range or Address
            • IP6 Range or Address
            • Exists Macro
          • Mechanism Qualifier
            • Allow
            • Fail
            • Soft Fail
            • Neutral (Not Recommended)
          • Host Value
            • The values of the SPF value you want to add to your SPF record.
          • Notes
            • Comments or descriptors to give this statement a friendly name.
      • Advanced Settings
        • SPF Optimization (Not included on On-Demand MSP Accounts)
          • Enables the platform to flatten your SPF record.
          • Assists with bypassing the 10 DNS lookup limit of SPF.
        • Top Level SPF Record Terminator
          • Fail
          • Soft Fail
          • Allow (Not Recommended)
          • Neutral (Not Reccommeded)

      DKIM Settings

      The DKIM settings page will show you all the options available for your DKIM configuration.

      • DNS Configuration
        • Displays the DKIM NS records.
        • Displays verification status.
      • Public Keys
        • Selector
          • Selector Name

          • Value (Destination)
          • TTL (Time To Live)

      BIMI Settings

      The BIMI settings page will show you all the options available for your BIMI configuration.

      • DNS Configuration
        • Displays the BIMI NS records.
        • Displays verification status.
      • BIMI Image

      TLS Reporting Settings

      The TLS settings page will show you all the options available for your TLS configuration.

      • DNS Configuration
        • Displays the TLS CNAME records.
        • Displays MTA-STS CNAME records
        • Displays MTA-STS CNAME records
        • Displays verification status.
      • MTA-STS Enforcement Level
        • None
        • In Testing
          • Default Recommended
        • Enforced
      • MTA-STS MX Servers
        • Displays where the MX records for this domain are currently located.
