These instructions will help you to set-up email authentication protocols: DKIM and SPF on Atlassian platform.

Atlassian Email Setup
- Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
- Select Settings > Emails.
- Select the Email domains tab.
- Select See DNS records for the domain you want to manage. You’ll see 5 or 6 DNS records.
- Open your domain provider and find the screen where you can add DNS custom records. These records are added to the same domain that you’ve added in admin.atlassian.com.
- Create custom records in your domain provider by copying and adding the name and value for each DNS record. Refer to the table below for more details about how to add them.
- Save these records in your domain provider.
- Return to the Email domains tab, and select See DNS records.
- Select Run DNS records check or Close.
